My background is in rehabilitation fitness and strength training, which means I don't just build programs that make you stronger. I build programs that keep you training for the long haul.
I hold Personal Trainer licenses in General and Medical Fitness (SVAW Berlin), and I've spent the last several years coaching clients 1-on-1 through some of the more complex cases — chronic pain, post-surgery return to sport, powerlifting plateaus, complete beginners.
